This presentation will provide an in-depth look at the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Next Force Program under Workforce Solutions Borderplex. We will explore how the program supports young people ages 16-24 by providing education, career training, and workforce development opportunities tailored to their unique needs. Attendees will gain insight into how NextForce is shaping the future workforce and how community stakeholders can collaborate to enhance youth success.
